Copyright Reporting
At Corrective Deed, we deeply respect intellectual property rights and are committed to addressing concerns about copyright infringement promptly and efficiently. Our aim is to ensure that all content on our platform complies with copyright laws and respects the creative rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded, posted, or otherwise shared on our website without your permission, we're here to help you take action.
How to Report Alleged Copyright Infringement
To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you'll need to send a detailed email to dmca@correctivedeed.com. In your email, it's important to provide a clear and concise description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed upon, as well as a URL or other specific location on our site where the material can be found.
Additionally, your notification must include your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorized by you, the copyright owner, or the law, and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Our Response to Your Complaint
Upon receiving a proper copyright infringement notification, Corrective Deed will take swift action to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing. We will also make a good faith attempt to notify the individual or entity who posted the content, providing them with an opportunity to respond with a counter-notification, if they believe the claim is unfounded.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If the content provider, member or user believes that their content was wrongly removed due to an error or misidentification of the material, they may send us a counter-notification. Similar to filing an infringement claim, the counter-notification must be sent via email to our dedicated address, outline the material in question, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that the individual believes the content was removed in error.
We take all reports of copyright infringement very seriously and are dedicated to protecting and respecting the rights of all creators. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at dmca@correctivedeed.com.
